SMS PROGRAM DISCLOSURES
Last updated: June 10, 2026
This page describes the MyBelvoy Transport Notifications SMS program operated by Edwin James Atelier LLC ("MyBelvoy"). It explains what messages we send, how consent is collected, and how to opt out or get help at any time.
MyBelvoy sends transactional transport status notifications on behalf of senior living communities that use our service. These messages are informational alerts about scheduled resident transportation — they are not marketing or promotional messages. Recipients include:
Consent is optional. It is not required for transportation, for portal access, or for any other service the community provides. It is collected in four ways. No consent option is preselected in any of them, and phone numbers are never purchased or obtained from third parties.
Two kinds of message are sent because the person asked for them, moments earlier, and are not transport notifications: a one-time sign-in code, and a single account or access notice when the front desk approves a request for access, with a secure link to mybelvoy.com. These are sent whether or not somebody has agreed to transport texts, because they are how a person reaches their own account. No transport notification is sent before consent is recorded.
Choosing Not now, or replying STOP later, turns transport texts off. It does not remove portal access, does not close an account, and does not end a session already signed in. To switch texts back on, text START to the MyBelvoy number — we reply once with what you are agreeing to, and you reply YES.
Family contacts and newly enrolling residents complete the form below — on paper at the community or as part of move-in paperwork. It collects the mobile number and an explicit, checked consent before any messages are sent.
MyBelvoy — Transport Text Notifications
Consent to receive text messages
MyBelvoy sends text updates about your or your family member's scheduled transportation — departure, safe arrival, and return from medical appointments and group outings — on behalf of the senior living community. These are informational alerts, not marketing.
Message frequency varies by trip activity; messages are sent only on days a trip is scheduled. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. See the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Mobile phone number
YES — I consent to receive transport notification text messages from MyBelvoy at the number above, as described.
Name (printed)
Signature
Date
After this form is submitted the community records the consent. If the person instead started by texting in, we reply once with what they are agreeing to and they reply YES to activate.
Message frequency varies based on transport activity — notifications are sent only on days the recipient's resident has a scheduled trip or outing. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through your community as you did the first time, or reply START.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at hello@mybelvoy.com.
No mobile information will be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. SMS opt-in consent is never shared with third parties. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect information, see our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
