MyBelvoy is a senior living transportation coordination service operated by Edwin James Atelier LLC ("MyBelvoy," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the SMS notifications we send on behalf of the senior living communities that use our service.

1. Who uses MyBelvoy

MyBelvoy is used by senior living communities to coordinate resident transportation. The people who receive information or messages from the service fall into two groups:

Family members of residents, who receive transport status notifications (for example, when a resident has departed for, arrived at, or returned from an appointment).
Community staff (schedulers, drivers, and on-call personnel), who receive operational alerts related to scheduling and transport.

2. Information we collect

Contact information you or your community provide, such as name and mobile phone number, used to deliver transport notifications and operational alerts.
Transport and scheduling data entered by community staff, such as appointment times, pickup and return details, and resident identifiers used within the service.
Message records, including the content and delivery status of notifications, and responses such as STOP or HELP keywords.
Basic technical data from our website, such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above only to operate the service:

To send transport status notifications to family members and operational alerts to staff.
To coordinate and schedule resident transportation within a community.
To process opt-out and help requests.
To maintain the security and reliability of the service.

4. SMS notifications and your consent

The mobile messages MyBelvoy sends are transactional alerts about transportation — they are not marketing. Recipients are enrolled by their senior living community, or opt in directly, to receive these notifications. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies based on transport activity.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@mybelvoy.com.

No mobile information will be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. SMS opt-in consent is never shared with third parties.

5. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or lease personal information. We share information only in these limited ways:

With the senior living community that contracts for the service, which controls the resident and transport data within its own account.
With service providers that help us operate the service — such as our messaging carrier (Twilio) and hosting provider — and only to the extent needed to perform that function on our behalf.
When required by law, such as to comply with a valid legal request.

As stated above, mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and operational requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the data entrusted to us.

8. Children's privacy

The service is intended for senior living communities and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated through the service or to the contracting community.
