These Terms govern your use of MyBelvoy, a senior living transportation coordination service operated by Edwin James Atelier LLC ("MyBelvoy," "we," "us"). By using the service or receiving notifications from it, you agree to these Terms.
MyBelvoy helps senior living communities coordinate resident transportation and send related notifications to family members and community staff. Communities are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for obtaining appropriate consent from the people they enroll.
By opting in, you agree to receive transactional SMS notifications from MyBelvoy related to transportation — for example, departure, arrival, and return alerts for family members, and operational alerts for staff. These messages are not marketing.
Your consent to receive SMS is never shared with third parties. Mobile information is never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose of coordinating resident transportation, and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
MyBelvoy, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Edwin James Atelier LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. MyBelvoy® is a trademark of Edwin James Atelier LLC. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service as intended.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MyBelvoy supports transportation coordination but does not provide medical, emergency, or professional caregiving services, and is not a substitute for them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edwin James Atelier LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
